Fleet ADI (self-employed basis)
Due to ill health, we are looking for a smart and professional ADI who is looking to expand into the fleet sector.
This is an exciting, unusual and maybe unique opportunity for the right person to join us at Drivex in delivering various practical driver training courses to our corporate clients, mainly across the South East.of England.
- Must be a fully-qualified and professional ADI who is looking to expand their own personal professional development and work experience.
- Must have a professional approach and be able to adapt to the particular needs of our clients and trainees as required.
- Must be prepared to travel to various client sites across the South East of England.
- Must be able to commit to 1-3 days per week (week days only) for fleet work.
- Must have a suitable, non-sign written car to travel to fleet appointments.
For the right person we can offer:
- You will gain your DVSA Fleet ADI qualification through our own DVSA-accredited Fleet ADI course.
- As well as the opportunity to gain your Fleet ADI qualification, we will provide full ‘on the job’ training.
- Normally 1 to 3 full days of work per week (week days only). This will be on a self-employed basis so can easily fit in with your existing driver training work.
- Any fleet work you deliver will normally only be delivered in client vehicles.
- Your travel costs when delivering training, including hotels for overnight stays, will be covered.
- Full daily rate of remuneration plus bonus scheme.
- Further CPD available including the possibility of expanding into the BE towing training sector.
The courses we provide for our clients are highly adaptable to suit the individual needs of each of the drivers we work with. This is why we are seeking an ADI who has no previous experience in this sector, we want somebody who can deliver an engaging, quality, training experience 'the Drivex way' rather than an 'off the shelf, one size fits all' product.
